EON gas and electricity:
E.ON offers a range of energy tariffs. These consist of gas, electricity, and dual fuel tariffs. For those on prepayment meters, the company provides pay-as-you-go energy.
In addition to gas and electricity tariffs, they also provide home heating services. This is due to their partnership which includes boilers and boiler covers, smart thermostats, and air source heat pumps. Furthermore, EON offers services such as solar panels, batteries, electric vehicle charging stations, and energy-saving measures.

E.ON renewable energy:
E.ON’s domestic customers receive electricity backed by 100% renewable sources. E.ON has been providing this since 2019 and their tariffs meet the green tariff standard. On top of this E.ON provides customers with more environmentally friendly energy alternatives like solar and heat up lamps for homes and businesses.
All units of electricity generated by E.ON are backed up either by in-house certificates, certificates sourced from independent generators, or certificates sourced from the market. Wind, biomass, and solar power are all renewable sources of energy that are included in E.ON’s green electricity.

As one of the Big 6 E.ON presents customers with energy tariffs that offer fixed, pay as you go, and prepayment gas and electricity plans.
During the tariff, you will pay a fixed price which shields you against price increases and makes budgeting your utilities easier.
And if you want to use this tariff a smart meter will need to be installed. And if you pay by fixed direct debit you will see a decrease in standing charges and unit rates.
For a fixed tariff, you may need to pay an exit fee if you want to leave during your tariff. However, if you are in the ‘switching window’, which is 49 days before your deal is up, you will not have to pay.
